something to celebrate

Ive been fortunate enough to capture the Instrument holiday celebrations the last few years, they are always an event to behold, and this year was no different. Instrument is an awesome company that produces some of the best content the internet has to offer (www.instrument.com), which is no easy feat. The people behind all of this impressive content are equally stunning, as you'll undoubtedly see.

Local florists Field Works (www.fieldworkflowers.com) was able to warm the winter themed party, complete with snow blower, by carefully placing fresh cut flowers through out Yale Union. And anybody who knows me knows I'm a sucker for plants, the arrangements really made you feel welcomed in the massive space (yaleunion.org).

The events food was provided by Chef Andrew Biggs and Laura Harlow-Biggs with the catering company Hunt & Gather (www.huntandgathercatering.com). I've rarely scene such exquisite dishes served at a party, and it's obvious they take they're job extremely serious. Hunt & Gather recently received a GOLD STAR Sustainability at Work certification, for those who know it's definitely no small task.

The Party was curated by the incredible Connie Wohn, of Party Animal (www.wearepartyanimal.com), They've been taking Portland's party scene by storm, with clients like Wieden & Kennedy, The 1 Moto Show, and Hotel Tacoma. Needless to say, Party Animal knows how to party, and they defiantly aren't shy about it.
